Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We have been rebuilding transmissions since 1982.

Q: Do I get any kind of warranty with my rebuilt transmission?

A: Our's is worry free with a 12 month warranty. Warranty is for replacement only, not a refund.

Q: Do you cover shipping costs if I have to return the transmission?

A: No. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Q: Do you ship transmissions?

A: We ship to any business location or nearest terminal hub in the lower 48 @ no charge (up to $150.00 shipping cost) with no core charge. If you have to have this shipped to a residence there will be an additional $80.00 charge. I will give a $50.00 discount to anyone returning a core.

Q: Are you an ASE Certified Mechanic?

A: Yes.

Q: What is ASE Certification and why should I be looking for this?

A: ASE certifies the technical competence of individual technician, not just the facility. By passing difficult, national tests, ASE certified technicians prove their technical competence to themselves, to their employers, and to their customers
